Visit Vintersol Distillery, and experience the Scandinavian spirit that is aquavit.
With a signature Vintersol cocktail in hand, you'll explore the rarely-told history of aquavit, and learn about its unique origins and cultural significance. Afterwards, you'll venture to the distillery floor, where our head distiller will explain the science and art of the distillation process, and introduce you to our two stills, Gytha and Greebo. Finally, you'll be led on an expertly-guided tasting of a range of our award-winning spirits, and perhaps even get a chance to sample a few experimental batches not yet available to the general public. And if you would like to take a piece of the experience home with you, every ticket includes a 10% discount at our distillery shop, valid on the day of the tour.
