Online Sales Age Policy

Like our on-site sales and attendance at our tours and events, our online alcohol sales and deliveries are subject to a "Challenge 25" scheme. If you look younger than 25, the registered courier or member of staff delivering your order may ask you to provide photo ID to prove your age. Acceptable forms of identification include Proof of Age cards bearing the "Pass" hologram symbol; a UK Photo Driving license; a passport; or a military ID card. Failure to provide suitable proof of age will unfortunately mean your order will be withheld.


Delivery

We aim to process orders placed through our online shop within 1 working day. The goods are then shipped with our courier partner, with an expected delivery time of 2 days to UK mainland addresses from the time of dispatch.

Deliveries to particularly rural areas may incur additional delivery charges and may take longer to complete.

Orders of alcohol can only be delivered to homes and places of business. They cannot be delivered to public places.

All deliveries will require a signature.

We currently do not offer delivery outside the UK.


Click & Collect

Click and Collect from Vintersol Distillery is available to customers who live in close proximity to our distillery site in Putney, London. To place a Click and Collect order, simply select Click and Collect at the checkout when ordering online.

Once we have received and processed your order, you will receive an email to let you know that it is ready for collection from our distillery shop. You will have 7 working days from receipt of the notification email to collect your order. Please note our opening hours when deciding when to make your collection.

You will need a photo ID and proof of purchase with your order number and name when coming to make a collection. This also applies if you send someone else to collect the order. We can only release orders of alcohol to customers aged 18 or over, regardless of whether they are the original purchaser, or someone collecting on their behalf.

We reserve the right to return your order to our stock if you do not collect it within 7 working days. Please contact us at shop@vintersoldistillery.com and let us know if you are unable to collect, and we will do our best to accommodate you, or arrange a refund.


Returns

We are happy to refund the full value of any product(s) purchased from us under the following conditions:

The product is returned within 30 days of the original order to the following address: Vintersol Distillery, Arch 25, Winthorpe Road, London, SW15 2LW;

The product, if not faulty, is returned a resalable condition; unopened and with all labels and packaging intact;

The product is accompanied by a note specifying the details of the original order, including name and delivery postcode;

We are unable to offer refunds on any postage costs incurred on returns, unless the product is faulty. In such cases, we will send a replacement order at no extra cost and refund the cost of your original order, including delivery.

If the product is damaged when the courier delivers your order and shows clear signs of breakage or leakage, please ask the courier to return the parcel to us. Contact us at shop@vintersoldistillery.com to inform us of the situation and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refunds can only be applied to credit or debit card used to make the original purchase.
