Our favourite local Swedish Cafe and Store @blabar_nordicliving are celebrating their 10 year anniversary this weekend! In celebration, we have collaborated with Blåbär to create this delicious cocktail. To make your own, you will need: 12.5ml 1883 Sirop Myrtille 25ml Vintersol No.2 Original Aquavit Mix the two ingredients together and top up with prosecco. This week marked a special occasion, as we completed our work on Nuvo Nivo – a wonderful bespoke Eau De Vie created in collaboration with the amazing folks at @modalwines. Sustainability is one of our core concerns, so when Modal offered us the opportunity to transform a less-than-perfect shipment of Sicilian wine into something new (rather than destroy it), we jumped at the chance! And the result speaks for itself – an absolutely unique and utterly delicious spirit.
