At Vintersol Distillery we love to experiment! 👨🔬 Traditionally, aquavit is barrel-aged in port or sherry casks, but we’re curious about how the flavours would develop in a different environment. We’re currently trialling ageing our No.1 Original Aquavit using chips from whisky casks vs. chips from medium char French oak.
