Distil Your Own Aquavit or Gin

Join us at our beautful distillery in London and experience the science and art of distilling.
As you sip on a signature Vintersol cocktail (or two!), our head distiller, Sasha, will guide you through the principles of distillation and flavour creation. We'll teach you about the key botanicals used in aquavit and gin, and help you develop your own unique recipe for you to distil yourself on one of our cutting-edge nanostills. You'll then blend, bottle, label, and of course, name your new creation, so it's ready to take home and enjoy. We'll even keep your recipe on file, should you wish to order additional bottles in the future. To cap things off, you'll sample a range of Vintersol Distillery's own products, and learn how to appraise and appreciate not only your own spirit, but any and all you might encounter.
