Nordhavn, meaning "North Harbour" in Danish, is an elegantly spiced and exceptionally complex gin inspired by time spent on distant shores, and the many places we might call home.
Distilled with a carefully-balanced selection of exotic botanicals, Nordhavn opens with soft notes of sweet citrus, bay leaf and sumac, before transitioning to juniper and orange flavours set against a rich mosaic of delicate spices. It culminates in a warm, rounded, and subtly dry finish that lingers on the palate. LIke all Vintersol spirits, Nordhavn can be enjoyed neat or with a mixer such as tonic, and makes for an outstanding dry martini.
