Ingredients

For the cocktail:
50ml Nordhavn Gin
25ml Sipello Aperetif
25ml grapefruit juice
Dash sugar syrup

For the garnish
Lightly ground sumac
Lightly ground sugar

Method

For the garnish:

  • Mix the ground sugar and sumac to taste.
  • Prepare a martini glass with a sugar & sumac rim by wiping a slice of grapefruit around the rim, and placing the glass upside down in the garnish mixture so it can adhere.

For the cocktail:

  • Measure ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake until cold.
  • Double strain into a prepared martini glass.
