This week we bottled a batch of wonderfully creative aquavit developed by one of our recent Aquavit & Gin School guests. Made with botanicals including dill, sumac, nettle and wakame seaweed, it’s an absolutely unique (and delicious!) take on the spirit. Glædelig Valentinsdag! 💕 Treat your kæreste to a delicious pink Aquavit cocktail this year with this recipe: • 50ml No.1 Original Aquavit • 10ml Raspberry Syrup • Juice of 1/4-1/2 of a lime • Blood Orange Soda Measure the Aquavit, raspberry syrup, and lime juice into a highball with ice, and top up with soda. Stir gently to mix, and garnish with a raspberry and lime slice. Skål! 🩷
