This week marked a special occasion, as we completed our work on Nuvo Nivo – a wonderful bespoke Eau De Vie created in collaboration with the amazing folks at @modalwines. Sustainability is one of our core concerns, so when Modal offered us the opportunity to transform a less-than-perfect shipment of Sicilian wine into something new (rather than destroy it), we jumped at the chance! And the result speaks for itself – an absolutely unique and utterly delicious spirit.
