Our tour begins with a cocktail showcasing our aquavit, and a discussion of the history of our distillery.
Methods & Equipment
We then present the particular botanicals, methods and equipment we use, including our 200 litre steel production still, Gytha, and our 5 litre testing still, Greebo.
Guided Tasting
This is followed by a guided tasting of a range of our spirits, along with a look at aquavit's past, and some thoughts on its possible future.
