Inspired by the time-honoured Norwegian tradition of maturing aquavit in port and sherry barrels, this unique aquavit is aged using a range of casks to create a wonderfully smooth, complex, and rich spirit that's ideal for sipping.
Our first edition cask-aged aquavit has been double distilled before being aged on both bourbon and whisky casks. With deep notes of caraway, cinnamon, cardamom and orange supported by subtle vanilla and oak, it's an absolutely unique and delicious spirit. Enjoy at bottle strength to savour its full depth and intensity, or add a few drops of cool water to your dram and open up an incredible new range of flavours. Skål!
